HPLC-purified mouse calretinin (recombinant, 10 μg) produced in Escherichia Coli, after in vitro cDNA synthesis，This recombinant protein has been purified by HPLC and migrates as a single band of approximately 29 kDa
This protein can be used for intracellular micro-injections in neurons. For immuoblots and absorption experiments, we suggest using our other product AgCR10 or AgCR100
After reconstitution, freeze in small aliquots (e.g. 1 μg) and keep at -80°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing
