背景資料 H3N2 is a subtype of the influenza A virus. Its name derives from the forms of the two kinds of proteinson the surface of its coat， hemagglutinin（H） and neuraminidase（N）. H3N2 exchanges genes for internal proteins with other influenza subtypes. H3N2 has tended to dominate in prevalence over H1N1， H1N2， and influenza B. H3N2 strain descended from H2N2by antigenic shift， in which genes from multiple subtypes re-assorted to form a new virus. Both the H2N2and H3N2 strains contained genesfrom avian influenzaviruses.

Background:
Hemagglutinin (HA) is a class I viral fusion protein from Influenza virus. It is a major glycoprotein, comprising over 80% of the envelope proteins present in the virus particle. HA binds to sialic acid-containing receptors on the cell surface, bringing about the attachment of the virus particle to the cell, and is responsible for penetration of the virus into 流感病毒H3N2血凝素抗體the cell cytoplasm by mediating the fusion of the membrane of the endocytosed virus particle with the endosomal membrane. The extent of infection into host organism is determined by HA. In natural infection, inactive HA is matured into HA1 and HA2 outside the cell by one or more trypsin-like, arginine-specific endoproteases secreted by the bronchial epithelial cells. 甲型H3N2流感是一種由粘病毒引起的呼吸系統(tǒng)疾/病，可以通過多種動物的呼吸道傳播（狗，雞,鴨等），患者多表現(xiàn)出普通流行性感冒的癥狀，有時會出現(xiàn)腹瀉和嘔吐，重者會繼發(fā)肺炎和呼吸衰竭，甚至死亡。現(xiàn)在的有效防范方式是疫苗接種。
1968年上半年香港實際已經(jīng)爆發(fā)出禽流感，但香港流感實際是A型普通流感。準確地說，這是由H3N2病毒引起的**次爆發(fā) （H3N2的H與N是代表病毒中的血凝素與神經(jīng)氨酸酶蛋白質(zhì)）。
香港流感類似于1957年的亞洲流感（即H2N2種，香港流感的不同之處在于血凝素蛋白質(zhì)因為抗原更換而發(fā)生了化學(xué)排列改變）?？赡苁莵喼蘖鞲惺故苡绊懙娜巳褐欣鄯e了相關(guān)的抗體，香港流感比起其他的流行病帶來相對少的人員死亡：估計全球病毒活躍的1968年至1969年兩年內(nèi)有750000人死亡（美國有34000人死亡）。相對20世紀是較不致命的大流行傳染病。而*致命的流感病毒是西班牙流感。
2014年12月中旬，北京市疾/病預(yù)防控制中心發(fā)布信息稱，北京市已進入流感流行季節(jié)，以甲型H3N2亞型流感病毒為主導(dǎo)。自今年9月以來，北京市接到由流感病毒引起的集中發(fā)熱疫情的報告均由甲型H3N2亞型流感病毒引起。其中以11月份報告起數(shù)增多明顯。
