Cyanine7.5 NHS ester

Cyanine7.5是一種近紅外熒光染料，具有很長(zhǎng)的發(fā)射光譜，是此類熒光衍生而來(lái)的活性胺產(chǎn)品。

近紅外照射很容易穿透組織因此常應(yīng)用于體內(nèi)成像領(lǐng)域。

該產(chǎn)品可以用于標(biāo)記含有氨基的小分子物質(zhì)，比如蛋白和多肽，通過(guò)近紅外光譜成像技術(shù)（NIR imaging）來(lái)示蹤他們?cè)谟袡C(jī)體內(nèi)的分布。

中心聚亞甲基基團(tuán)的增強(qiáng)的穩(wěn)定性使得量子產(chǎn)率較其母結(jié)構(gòu)Cy7.5® NHS提高20%。
